Refurbishments or better know as refurbs are all the renovations needed to increase the value of a property. This may be extending, refreshing, subdividing or restructuring your home. Whatever the case is, but the end goal is to do some work on your property so that it can sell higher.

Not all refurbishments have the capacity to increase the value of a property. As the seller, you must always check the current market value of a property and check what other properties are selling for in the area that are of similar condition. Always apply necessary refurbishments that will make the property sell at the average price of the others in the area.
